Major commercial development in Gibraltar. Built on reclaimed land and consisting of a major office block (Europort itself) as well as residential areas (Eurotowers).

The Office block also houses St Bernard's Hospital and Atlantic Suites. The land reclamation which this major project was designed for also included a number of major residential areas and increased Gibraltar's usable surface area by 17%.
