This is situated on the Line Wall Boulevard and was unveiled by the Governor Sir Charles Monro on 27th September 1923. It is the work of Jose Piquet Catoli of Barcelona on Carrara marble. The two Russian guns close by arrived in Gibraltar in 1858 having been captured during the Crimean War.
