The Ibrahim-al-Ibrahim Mosque had been under construction for a total of 18 months, and was officially opened on 8th August 1997 by one of the
Saudi Royal Prince's. It is called the "Mosque of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques", and was built from a donation by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahad Bin Adbulaziz Al Saud.
